Lawyer Yi Chen graduated from the Law School of China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor's degree. 2. Resolution of Civil and Commercial Disputes

lPreviously represented Beijing Guotou Asset Management Co., Ltd. in a company dissolution dispute case with  an  investment  company  in Beijing,  successfully obtaining  the  court's  rejection  of  a  small  shareholder's  lawsuit  for  malicious dissolution of the company, safeguarding the interests of the client;

The case of a dispute over execution objection filed by a third party who once acted as an agent for the State Investment Corporation successfully prevented the applicant from auctioning off the property of the State Investment Corporation, and lifted the seals of eight judicial authorities. Ultimately, nearly 40 million properties were returned to the State Investment Corporation, resolving a major asset crisis for the client.

I have acted as an agent for a certain international limited company in a dispute over   shareholder   qualification confirmation and a request for company registration change with a certain combustion chemical limited company and a certain  chemical  limited  company.  The  case  involved  difficult  issues  such  as company  establishment,  shareholder  qualification  and  rights,  and  corporate structure that intersected with each other within the  enterprise. I  successfully confirmed and registered equity for the client, ensuring their actual interests;
