Ms. Gao Lili has worked in a company and law firm for 16 years in her legal career. During her tenure in the company, Gao Lili has been focusing on the company's legal compliance work and the resolution of risk projects, including debt projects (real estate and structured stock pledge financing), equity projects and secondary market allocation projects. She reviewed major projects, conduct risk assessment and preliminary negotiation on transaction structure design, and be responsible for the company's overall risk management and internal control. During her work in the law firm, she mainly participated in the bankruptcy reorganization and major asset restructuring of listed and unlisted companies, the listing and resumption of listing on the Growth Enterprise Market, the reform of equity division and the confirmation of share rights, as well as perennial legal counsel services.
